Returns Policy

We always hope that you love your Vanklan purchase but we know that it isn’t always so simple. If you don’t love your item or it doesn’t fit, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund on full-priced items only. Alternatively, if you purchased an item on sale it may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Please make sure you are familiar with the below before you make your purchase with us.

  • The item must have been purchased on our online store, we unfortunately cannot process returns on items that were purchased through our stockists.
  • Your return or exchange request must be submitted at within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be made within 7 days of your request.
  • The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition and packaging, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods. All items will be inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • It is your responsibility and expense to return the item to us by reliable courier service.
  • In the case that the return is lost in the post, we cannot process the refund.
  • Regrettably we cannot offer returns on international orders.
  • Please allow a minimum of 5-10 working days for your refunds to process.
  • To process your return or exchange please kindly follow the below steps.


  1. Email us at to tell us you will be returning your purchase or you would like to exchange it and leave us a little message as to why (feedback is much appreciated – sizing, fit, anything…we’d LOVE to KNOW).
  2. We will guide you through the process from here.
    Package with all original tags and bags must be included, please also include your name and contact details. Sadly, if the original tags and bags are not included with the return we will deduct a small fee from your refund amount.
  3. On receipt of your return in good order, we will get in touch to discuss your available options. In the case of a full refund, we’ll request your bank details

Returns on sale or discounted items

Items purchase on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for a refund. Items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size, if available. Alternatively we are always happy to offer our customers store credit.


Shipping is confined to South Africa. There are two shipping options – Pudo locker-to-locker (R60) / Door-to-door delivery (R100)
